Mrs. Effie Lena Carroll, 89, 4000 Santa Ana Drive passed away Monday. She had been a resident of El Paso 36 Years and was a member of the Baptist Church. She was the widow of the late Stephen Carroll, prominent merchant and railroad man in Corsicana, Texas. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Bon Hall, El Paso, sister, Mrs. Hattie Bunch, Corsicana and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 2 PM in the Harding-Orr & McDaniel Montana Avenue Chapel, Chaplain Anthony Longval officiating. Entombment will be in the Restlawn Mausoleum.
