BEN HUR, Va. - Paul Snead, 63, died at his home Monday after a long illness.
He was a life-long resident of Lee County and a retired construction worker.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Eula Snead; two daughters, Mrs. James Leinart and Mrs. Elver Terry, both of Orleans, Ind.; two sisters, Mrs. Katholeen Berry, Louisville, Ky., and Mrs. Hazel Shumaker, Corbin, Ky.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Sturgill Funeral Home, Pennington Gap, Va., is in charge of arrangements.
SNEAD — Funeral services for Paul Snead will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Corinth Baptist Church with the Rev. Ed Strong officiating. Burial will be In Corinth Cemetery, Ben Hur, Va. The body will remain at Sturgill Funeral Home, Pennington Gap, VA until an hour before services. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
