GLENNVILLE - Ora Bell Lynn Blocker, 88, passed away Monday, October 22, 2012 at Sutton Place Personal Care Home where she has resided for the last ten years. The Tattnall County native had lived in Glennville all of her life. She was retired from the Glennville Hatchery after 30 years of service. She was an avid gardener who loved to work in her rose garden. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Blocker. She is survived by, Daughter and son in law, Linda and Gene Bassett of Kingsland, GA; Sisters, Letha L. Byrum and Evelyn Lynn both of Glennville;Brother, Earl Lynn of Glennville; Grandchildren, Sabrina L. (Tim) Shilling, and Stephanie Carter; Great Grandchild, Tiffney Shilling. Visitation will begin at 6:00 PM, Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM, Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at Calvary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Glennville City Cemetery.
