ROSEBUD — Anton Paul Reinders, 89, of Ben Arnold died Sunday, Oct. 21, in a Temple hospital.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Michael Catholic Church in Burlington with the Rev. Gabriel Uzondu and Charlie Wright officiating.Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery in Burlington.Mr. Reinders was born on Nov. 12, 1922, to Andrew and Annie Dach Reinders in Burlington. On Nov. 6, 1947, he married Mary Lee Meier. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a retired farmer and rancher. He was a life-long resident in the Burlington and Ben Arnold area. He was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Margaret Marie Reinders; and a grandchild.Survivors include his wife; three sons, Larry Dale Reinders and Donnie Joe Reinders, both of Ben Arnold and Ricky Alan Reinders of Temple; a sister, LaVerne Hoelscher of Westphalia; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Memorials may be made to St. Michael's Cemetery in Burlington.Visitation will be 6-7 p.m. Tuesday; at Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud; a rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.
