Frostburg, 28 January - Joseph Henry Brown, 81, died early today at his home, 321 Welsh Hill. He was a retired coal miner.

Surviving are six sons and three daughters: Charles, William and Robert, Frostburg; Albert, Joseph and Clarence, Akron; Mrs. Henry Lloyd, Frostburg; Mrs. William Schramm, Barton, and Mrs. Irvin Bittner, Akron.

Jesse Brown, Piedmont, W. Va., and Hanson Brown, Frostburg, are brothers.
