The family will receive friends 7 to 8 p.m. tonight at Mackey Mortuary.
Mrs. McDougall, wife of the late Alexander McDougall, died Saturday, December 4, 1993. Born in Pickens County, she was a daughter of the late John and V. Settie Young Drake. She was the former owner and manager of The Hat Shop in Columbia and The Jane Drake Shop i Spartanburg.
Surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
