James Lee Hartman, age 58 of Streator, IL and formerly of Camden, OH, passed away suddenly on Monday, October 22, 2012 in Princeton, IL. He was born October 13, 1954 in Hamilton, OH to the late Lewis P. and Hazel M. (Heckman) Hartman. Jim was born and raised in the Camden area, attending Preble Shawnee High School. He was formerly employed with Barrett's Pallet Company of Camden, Miami University (Middletown Campus) and the Millis Trucking Company. He was currently employed as a truck driver with the Luckey Trucking Company of Streator, IL. Jim was an avid gun collector, a member of the N.R.A. and enjoyed hunting.

He is survived by two sons Phillip Hartman and Adam Hartman both of Franklin, OH; grandchildren Cameron Hartman and Kayla Hartman; sisters Dianna Hartman of Jensen Beach, FL and Donna Riddell of Camden, OH; nephews Scott Riddell and his son Chris of Union, KY, Steve Riddell and his son Travis of Camden, OH; special aunt Eva Busby of Eaton, OH; and numerous cousins.

Friends will be received on Saturday, October 27, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral services at 11:00 a.m. at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH. Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery, Camden, OH.
