Claude Edward Judd, son of the late Walter and Elizabeth Lile Judd, was born January 7, 1912 at Rover, Missouri and departed this life on February 17, 1976 at 5:30 a.m. at his home, Thomasville, Missouri, at the age of 64 years, 1 month, and 10 days. He was united in marriage to Irma Louise Willard, June 9, 1934 at Alton, Missouri and to this union four children were born.

Preceding him in death are his parents and three sisters. He was a Christian and a member of Thomasville Methodist Church and he leaves to mourn his passing his wife, two sons, Claude E. Judd, Jr. and Willard T. Judd of Malden, Missouri, and two daughters, Peggy Lee, Gerald, Missouri and Barbara Croney, West Plains, Missouri; seven grandchildren; one great granddaughter; two brothers, Kenneth Judd, Mountain View, Missouri and Fred Judd, St. Joseph, Missouri; three sisters, Bessie Bay, Mountain View, Missouri, Helen Parrott, Pomona, Missouri, and Rushie Lopez, St. Joseph, Missouri; and many other relatives and friends.
