Funeral services will be held Saturday for Leonard J. Schad who passed away at the Holy Family Hospital after a lingering illness.
Mr. Schad was born in Valders in 1912 and married Miss Gertrude Brunner in 1943. He was employed by the Streu Construction company at Two Rivers and also by the shipyards here.
Survivors are his wife, a son, John Edward, parents Mr. and Mrs. Schad of Valders and three sisters, Mrs. Jerome Schneider of Osman and Mrs. Joseph Grady and Miss Anna Louise of Valders.
