. BAHLER - Mrs. Eldora Bahler, beloved wife of Mr. Adolph Bahler of Taber, passed away in Edmonton on Friday, April 14th, 1978 at the age of 61 years.
Born in Retlaw, she married Adolph Bahler on September 17th, 1940 and they farmed in the Vauxhhall district until 1964 when they moved to the Stettler area where they farmed until 1972 at which time they moved to Taber.
Besides her loving husband, she is survived by three sons, Russell of Tilley, Doug of Vauxhall and Wayne of Duncan, B.C.; six sisters. Blanche Cooper of Burnaby, B.C., Lila Bahler of Red Deer, Flora Bahler of Red Deer, Ethel Foster of Millarville, Hellen Batty of Picture Butte and Lillian Ramage of Lethridge; four brothers, Lewis Longacre of Red Deer, Leonard Longacre of Vancouver, Norman Longacre of Lund, B.C., and Jim Longacre of Lethbridge; and seven grandchildren.
Mrs. Bahler was predeceased by her mother, Ferel in 1932; her father, Fred in 1966; and by a brother, Fred Longacre in 1976.
