Funeral services for Charlie S. Aanenson, 83, of 5931 Belmont, a retired cabinet maker in the maintenance department at Southern Methodist University, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Central Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Restland Memorial Park.
Mr. Aanenson died here Thursday.
He had been employed at SMU for 20 years at retirement five years ago. The flag on the campus was flown at half staff Friday in his memory.
He was a member of Central Lutheran Church and of the Men's Club of the Church.
Survived by his wife, son, daughter, and five grandchildren
