LEAVELLE, Robert S. J. of Huntington Beach, passed away while visiting in his wife's hometown of Jefferson, Iowa at the age of 79. He was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Jeanne Raver Leavelle. Robert is survived by his loving children, Janice Ann (John) Bogikes and Jay Martin Lea velle; grandchildren, Andrew and Katie Leavelle; brothers, William and Max Leavelle. Robert was a senior vice-president of Farmers and Merchants Bank in Long Beach. He was a private pilot, and some of his hobbies were golfing, traveling, ranching, making music through his harmonica playing and spending time with his grandchildren.
