Barbara E. Reaves, 54, of Gadsden passed away October 26, 2012 at Gadsden Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Reaves was born in Tallassee Al. to the late James (Walene) Casaday. Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday, October 28 at 3:00 P.M. at Alabama Funeral Homes with the Rev. Donald Deelee officiating. Graveside services will follow at Tallapoosa Co. Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at the funeral home prior to the service.
Mrs. Reaves is preceded in death by her husband James Reaves and one grandchild: Garrett Young.
Mrs. Reaves is survived by her daughter: April (Kevin) Young of Alexander City, three sisters: Joyce (Sam) Gladden of Clanton, Debbie Robinson of Mobile and Ramona (Tommy) Crowe of New Site, six grandchildren, James Bowden, Ashley Bowden, Jennifer Young, Trinity Young, Cody Young, Chelsey Jordan and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Reaves loved her family very much as well as her cats Bojangles and Alcatraz.
