MRS. CARRIE W. TOWNER
ADDISON — The funeral of Mrs. Carrie Whitcomb Towner, widow of the late Lewis L. Towner of Addison, was held Sunday afternoon. A prayer service was held at the Towner home on Front street at 1:30 p. m.. after which the body was taken to Mayer Funeral Home on Wall street for the funeral services at 2 p. m. The Rev. John Fowler, pastor of the Baptist Church, officiated and interment was made in Woods
Corners Cemetery, Tuscarora Township.
Bearers were the following members of Addison Masonic Lodge: Burdette Beers. Hubert Orr, Kenneth McCaig, Earl Wilson, B. Guy Ricker and Floyd Mitchell.
Delegations from Tuscarora Chapter O.E.S. and Addison Rebekah Lodge of which Mrs. Towner was a member, attended in a body.
