Ray doesn't have a headstone
Ray was married twice
First wife was Linda Kay Scripter , they were separated by death on Feb.20,1994 when Linda passed away after many years of illness.
Ray married his second wife Charlotte Ann Sturgeon on Oct.21,1995 at St Phillips Lutheran Church, in Trenton, Mi they met on a blind date, it was a good marriage for both they enjoyed doing things together.
Ray was always striving to learn, with many degrees to his credit.
He was in the US Merchant Marines, and enjoyed it to the fullest.
He loved attending The Highland Games with his second wife Charlotte.
Doing family genealogy was one of his greatest passions,it lead him to many far flung places. He sponsored a family reunion and brought together family from all over the country. It was a wonderful time meeting our grandmas relatives, cousins that had never met and learning more about our older members. One time we all stood gathered ,the Cavin's, Connor's, Martin's, Sprole's, and many more, what a wonderful day. (Thank you Ray)
Ray had for some time, his own photography business, and was very good at his craft.
When Ray passed away, his beloved wife Charlotte buried him in his full Scottish regalia complete with his Kilt and Scottish Sword.
He truly was a wonderful person.
Thank you in advance for stopping by this memorial
