MULLINS - Mrs. Delores Moody "Monk" Bryant, 49, widow of David Harry Bryant, died Wednesday at a Columbia hospital after a short illness.
Born in Marion County, she was a daughter of Burney Monroe and the late Ethalia Thomas Moody. She was a member of Latta Southern Methodist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Winifred "Winkie" Goodwin of Columbia; her father of Mullins; a brother, Burns Dalton Moody of Mullins; and a sister, Mrs. Peggy M. Martin of Jacksonville, Fla.
Services will be held at 4:30 p.m. today at Cox-Collins Funeral Home, with burial in Old Zion Methodist Church Cemetery.
