Ann Caroline was born on July 2, 1791 in Virginia to Shadrack Barnes and Frances Mazingo. She married Daniel Farley, Jr. on January 22, 1809 in Gallatin County, Kentucky. He was the son of Daniel Farley and Unk Craven. Ann Caroline and Daniel had four known children: Francis Caroline, Craven, Amelia and Daniel. Caroline's headstone information is found on a survey made by the Dar in 1941 (Transcription by Sharon Thomas) and it lists the New Bethel Cemetery in Saluda Twp. Section 6-2-9. I find that this cemetery is listed on Find a Grave in Chelsea but many of the names listed in the 1941 list are listed here so assume one and the same.
