Hibbs, Robert John b. April 21, 1943 d. March 5, 1966 Vietnam Congressional Medal of Honor recipient. He was a Second Lieutenant with the U.S. Army, Company B, 2d Battalion, 28th Infantry, 1st Infantry Division and was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for heroism at Don Dien Lo Ke, Republic of Vietnam on March 5, 1966. She served on President Franklin Roosevelt's Farm Tenancy Commission during the Depression.
