All the Soukups', I know are on the East Coast now. Moved here in the 1950s as a kid, Bartas' are still in Midwest (Illinois, Indiana ?). My strong willed Grandmother stopped speaking to her brothers' Frank and Jim Barta (both were Plumbers), before I was born, for reasons unknown to me. Formerly lived in Fox River Grove, Illinois. My Father went to Crystal Lake HS and my Mom, Calumet HS. I'm probably not related to other Soukups, my Father was an only child and his Father was the only son. His family arrived in Chicago around 1866 from Bohemia.
