I was born in Taylorville, Illinois in 1957, the only son to Joseph and Georgia Stafford. I also have two sisters, Jolynn and Patricia.

I traveled throughout the United States and to Germany with my parents since my dad was in the Army. I graduated from High School in Virginia and joined the Army for three years and got married and had three kids. I joined the Fairfax County Police Department (VA) after leaving the Army and spent 21 years with the police department. I got divorced and remarried and had three more kids. I retired from the police deptartment in 1999 and have now started a second career. I also got divorced a second time and I am now a single father raising my son, the last of the six kids still at home. That is about it......
