I have been collecting genealogy all my life-by asking my relatives to tell me true stories when I was a child, and later by learning to fill in charts and trees, and then by using libraries, archives, letters, etc., and finally on the computer.
Old pictures are something I love, and use them often. I have a neglected tree on Rootsweb and a current tree on TribalPages.
My children are grown. Family history research is one of my main hobbies, including also painting, drawing, gardening, and quilting.
I have met many great people online, in this family history pursuit, as I'm sure we all have.
The Midwest was the place of my beginning, but I have lived mostly on the West Coast.
