I have been involved in genealogy research since 1997. Since then I have joined many genealogy/lineage societies. I am a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, New England Women, Colonial Dames XVII Century, US Daughters of 1812, Daughters of American Colonists, Ladies of the Grand Army of the Republic, Daughters of Union Veterans, Daughters of Founders & Patriots and in the process of joining the Colonial Wars Group, Indian Wars Group and Colonial Clergy.

In my spare time my husband and I like to go around and take photo's of graves in the local cemeteries for those who request photos in Olmsted County, MN. We have even been known to find cemeteries when on vacation and look up requests.

Our kids are teenagers now and just love to roll their eyes up at us when we say - "The weather is beautiful today - Lets go to a cemetery". :)
