All photos that I have submitted are either family photos, other researchers' photos who have granted me permission to post here, or photos that I have taken myself.

If you submit a correction or extra information for the bio, please let me know your source and/or relationship to the deceased. You will be credited. If you are related to the deceased and I am not, I'd be happy to transfer the memorial.

With regards to copyright and obituaries, I take my cue from the USGenWeb Obituary project: Full transcriptions will only be posted if in the Public Domain (ie., pre-1923) or "(1) you were the original author of the obituary, or (2) the newspaper in question grants permission to reprint the obituary, or (3) the obituary is that of a family member (you must give the relation), or (4) you submit an abstract of the factual information from the obituary."
