Bio

I was born in Haywood County (Waynesville) North Carolina. Haywood County is located in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina--just minutes west of Asheville.

Like many others today, I have relatives scattered throughout the United States. My family history is interesting--just like that of most everyone else.

The Find A Grave website is a fascinating place to visit. And it contains a wealth of information--helping us to get a glimpse into the lives of others before us. Whether through strength or weakness, triumph or tragedy--the life and passing of every person speaks a word, a sentence, or a volume to our walk here on Earth. We all contribute to that process. We all have a common bond at this place.

I am a Resources Development Consultant and I travel to diferent parts of the country in conjunction with my profession. Since I started posting information to this website--I pass many different cemeteries and soon discover they are not listed on this site--which makes me wish I had the time to just stop and write down all the names that I see at those places along the way. Nonetheless, every person's contribution whether small or great helps in preserving a part of our heritage.

If there is any incorrect information in any of my postings--please email me and I will be happy to make any corrections necessary or add additional information.
