I am the son of Walter Gerald Thorsell and Joan Renee Hunt-Thorsell. My fathers parents were Berger Phillip Thorsell and Melsey Elisabeth Hemmingson-Thorsell. My mothers parents were Murrell Mathias Hunt and Alice Elizabeth Holbrook-Hunt. My maternal grandmother married Arthur Jerome Ohrn after my grandfather died in 1931. I was born in 1949 in Portland, Oregon. I am now retired from a career in education and have many hobbies. I make my home in Bend, Oregon with my wife Linda.
