My name is Jocelyn Sanders. I was born at Glendale, California in 1952, to Virginia and Rex Whaley. I have no marriages or children to report, just devoted service and love to my parents as they have grown older. Dad died in 2004 at age 86, and Mom passed away in 2010, at age 89. My step-father was Stephen H. Sanders of Arcadia,CA and he has also passed away. I live in Laramie, WY where I still pursue an active business career.
