Between 1969 and 1989, I was pirated four times, each for a better position. I have managed both small firms and large. I was at Westwood
Village Mortuary and Cemetery for 8 years under the Pierce Family ownership. Tom Johnson came and asked me to manage Pierce Bros. Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Then, when Pierce Bros. purchased Westwood Village Mortuary & Cemetery, he brought me back, as the first Pierce Bros. Manager. I was the Superintendent at Woodlawn Cemetery for the city of Santa Monica for 15 years.
