Bio

I began my quest while looking for the grave of my mother's cousin, whom had a minimal involvement in my earlier years and had died of cancer on my birthday. The information I had to work with was a death certificate of a local girl, and witnessed by an Aunt from Frederickburg, Virginia. Our people did not appear in Internet death indexes, nor phone indexes and became an "obsession". I have since found the grave I sought in a local graveyard, and Census records of the local family of the Aunt. I have found "closure".
During the process my database has enlarged way out of bounds, much on the basis of who-married-whom, and children. I have visited local cemeteries and brought back photos of headstones for comparison just on the basis of similar names or what-if's. I will post much of that work for the benefit of other researchers, both local and afar. I can't possibly go astray with concerns over "identity theft", as these people are verified as "safe". May each of them rest well in the peace and love of family and friends seeking their location. May each of you whom find a loved one I have posted, find the closure YOU seek.
