I am a 60 year old retired RN with a work history in surgery, ER and Hospice since 1971. My husband Don is retired from Law Enforcement after 40 years. We like to travel in our motor home, love to walk old cemeteries, and are both interested in our family history and the history of Texas in particular. We have acreage we call a farm, tho all we raise is hay and a few cows...we have 2 pets that run our lives; Bug, a boston bull dog and BC a 19 lb. tom cat who only thinks about catting around any more....we have 4 children, 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. We learned of this site through friends of mine who are members of The Order of the Eastern Star and Masonic Lodge in the state of Texas.I hope to be able to submit info I have on the cemeteries in Texas and a few other states with photos and bios.
