My husband and I live in Ailey, Montgomery County GA. I have been doing research on several branches of our family for a couple of years. Every new discovery brings new twists and turns. I especially enjoy finding photos and personal stories that bring the people from the past who have helped shape our present to life.

I am working on the following family lines: Hamilton, Fountain, Thomas, Stanfield, Sheffield, Williamson, Johnson, Oconner. All of these have roots in south Georgia.

There are several cemeteries in our area that have graves dating to the 1700's. Several generations of our families are burried here.
