Robert E. "Bob" Sweeney, PhD, MS is the administrator of the Sullivan County Genealogical Web Page. Holding a doctorate in American history from Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA, he is the author of three books and several dozen published articles on a variety of management topics. Bob is the former CEO of Challenger Corporation [www.chall.com], based in Memphis, TN, and serves as the Managing Partner of Global Health Impact Fund LLC, based in Memphis and Walnut Creek, CA.

With his wife, Lynn Franklin, an expert photographer and family historian, Bob conducts and supports local history in north central Pennsylvania, and in the mid-South of the United States.
