This is where my journey begins! I was raised in Emporia,Kansas and have many fond memories of growing up in a samll town! My father and grandmother told me stories of when they were young and as a child my family and I would visit cemeteries every year to pay our repects(many of which I didn't remember or know). My parents believed that it was important and as time passed I looked forward to going every year! As I visited each unknown relative, I often wondered who they really were? What they looked like? What stories they would have told? Now I am looking for all of my relatives and trying to learn about them.
