My name is Helen Bevil Crocker. I was born in Bradford, TN on July 10,1930 to Willie Gardner and Louise Murphy Bevil. I have one brother, Charles, who lives in Greenville, MS with his wife Barbara. My husband, Lewis B. Crocker and I eloped to Corinth, MS and were married on June 7, 1947. He was 17 years old and I was 16 at the time and he was always the love of my life. We traveled all over the U.S. and Canada and had many happy times in a motor home before he passed away on Sept. 12, 2004, after we had 57 years of marriage. We had 5 sons and now I am blessed with 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. I retired from working for MediCal and now I am very active in my church, travel on tours with several friends and am blessed with good health, loving family, wonderful friends, and a loving Lord and Savior.
