PLEASE.......when you find your relative's page, leave flowers and at least a short note. In that note, state your relationship to that person. This is a great way to find living members of your family. If you leave nothing, no one knows you are out there. Leaving this lets them know that you are also kin to them and they will contact you. This is a win, win situation.

'Find A Grave' is the next best thing to the real cemeteries when they are too far to travel. Names would not be recorded into Find a Grave database, to be found, if not for the time & efforts of ALL contributors. It is the best way to give back to our ancestors, and others who are looking for family...Everyone deserves to be remembered, no matter how long ago they died. It is not about numbers, it is about people who came before. Their names should not be forgotten. It is about caring...Life is a gift, with deep roots...Someday, everyone will be an ancestor.
