So why am I here?

Hm. I've been trying to find my family links for about the past decade, and this website seemed pretty terrific, so.. here I am. Ta da?

I've been pretty much focusing on the Winson family of Lorain County, Ohio. It seems that when my great grandfather died, so did all of our records of family history. It's almost as if our tiny little branch of the family tree just outright snapped off. I was further disheartened to see that on this website that the people whom I know to be my great great grandparents (through death records that I got the old fashioned snail mail way about 10 years ago), do not have him listed as one of their children. So, hopefully, I'll be changing that very soon once I can get a picture of the grave site.
