Thanks Lyle and Jim for inspiring me! Since all my grandparents, parents, 3 sisters and 2 children are now burried, cemeteries have become a fond and familiar place to me. Of course, my mother started it - we visited the Mesa,AZ cemetery often when I was very young. My father and aunt Lena (my mother's sister) were burried there. Of course now my paternal grandparents are burried there and I learned that my maternal great grandparents are also burried there. I loved the peace and beauty and cool oasis-like feel of the Mesa, AZ Cemetery. I can still smell the fresh mowed grass and hear the birds singing.
