My name is Diane Hurst Gavin. I live in Rincon, Ga., and have been tracing my Hurst family roots for several years. I am the first born grandchild on both my mother's side of the Drury family and my Father's side of the Hurst family, therefore I feel that it is up to me to preserve the precious memories that I have of ealier family members. We have also participated in a DNA project to help trace those roots. It has been both interesting and rewarding.
