As a child my mother took me with her to many funeral and we also just went to visit the graves of family members when we traveled, so graves have always just been a very natural part of life. That and you can learn so much about the history of a place through the graves you find there.

I look forward to taking my camera out and being able to contribute. It was so bizarre to be able to easily find the Downing Cemetery, as my mother always said she had to get lost first before she could find it.
