Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan when it was a strong, vibrante city. Crary Elementary, Cooley High and Wayne State Univ for education.

Joined United Air Lines in 1966 in reservations. I was fortunate to travel around when it wasn't crowded and there weren't fees for everything. In 1968 I transfered to Seattle, my new city love.

In 1969, I enlisted in the Navy and was based in Naples, Italy for 3 years. Got to see much of Europe.

Returned to Seattle in 1973 then to San Francisco with Hughes Air West. Back to Seattle in 1979, with Group Health Cooperative for 21 years, retiring in 2001.

Since then retired until this year when I began running Hood Canal Vacation Rentals from Belfair, where I currently live.

Like geneaology, old cars, dogs and cats, and enjoying my life with my partner of 13 years, Greg.
