I am the daughter of Jack Holmes (1913-1991), born in Longstreet, De Soto, Louisiana, died in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He donated his body to LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. His military memorial plaque is in Knox Cemetery in Baton Rouge. My mother, Elsie, died in 2012. My husband, Charlie, and I live in Fulshear, Texas. We have a son, Mike.
