I became interested in my own family history/genealogy and ran across this website in my search for information. It resonated with me, so I joined as a member. That first year, or two, I was out walking the cemeteries, not only looking for my own family members as I had uncovered them in my search, but looking for those grave sites for which pictures were requested. I have 3 children, 2 grandchildren, and a dog, which all keep me very busy, so I don't get to spend as much time doing what I love. I work a full-time job, play piano for 3 different churches (one, I record their music, so I'm not "live"), and in-between, throw in some quilting, baking, crocheting, and reading, as well as take care of the children and grandchildren.
