I, Thomas Stephen Duggan, was born on May 30th, 1964 in Oak Park Illinois hospital while my family was living in Chicago Illinois. I am the second biological child of John Bernard Duggan (Jack) and Elaine Therese Duggan (nee: O'Neill). Elaine was married to William Holbrook until his death from cancer in 1959 - they had seven Holbrook children. Jack married Elaine and moved in with her and her seven children at 21 N. Mayfield ave, Chicago(Jack had grown up across the street on 16 N. Mayfield ave). Jack and Elaine had four Duggan children (John, Thomas, Jackie and Matthew) bringing the family total to 11. In September of 1969, Jack, Elaine and the 11 children moved to Wheaton Illinois. I attended the old Pleasant Hill school (knocked down in the 1990s). I then attended Monroe Junior High for 7th and 8th grade an then Wheaton North High School, graduating in 1982. After high school, I attended the College of Dupage, Northern Illinois University (graduating in 1987) and Washington University in St. Louis (graduating with an MBA in 1989). I am married to Laura and have three children.
