I'm Leon Whiteman, and was born and raised in Logansport, Indiana, graduating from LHS in 1945. Worked for the PRR and lived in the Philadelphia area for 38 years, retired and moved to Florida for about 10 years. Have lived in the Lancaster, PA area since 2001, and now living in a retirement community. My parents were Charlie and Viola (Tam) Whiteman. I've been researching the Whiteman and Tam genealogies for several years, and enjoy this hobby, even though 'facts' are not always easy to find. At times very frustrating, but other times very rewarding. I'm also working on the Berg's, which is my wife's family.
