Bio

I am a retired kindergarten teacher, wife for 40 years, and mother of two sons and two daughters-in-law, one daughter, and one granddaughter. I grew up in the prairies of eastern North Dakota on a farm that was started by my Grandfather Oscar Olson around 1900. His parents, Martina and Andrew Olson, came to ND in the 1880's by covered wagon and oxen. Their parents were Norwegian Immigrants in the 1850's and 1860's. I met my husband and had my children in Kalispell, Montana, and have lived in Boise, Idaho for a long time. I feel very lucky for having been able to live in each of those places. I grew up knowing my extended family, and I want my children to be aware of both their dad's and my wonderful families.
