It is truly my pleasure to help the members of our group. I live in Hartford, Maine. My family tree has its roots in New England as might be expected by my surname...Adams. I am proud to say that I am descended from 16 of the 50 original Pilgrims who survived that first winter. I am a retired IL teacher and spent the years from 2000 to 2008 sailing around the world in a small sailing yacht. It's rather calm here in Hartford after that, but I love it here!
