I have traced my family history from American Colonial times in Plymouth, Massachusetts, New York and Pennsylvania during the American Revolution. Also tracked MY European ancestry to the 1600s in Germany, France and Switzerland; and 1500s in England, Ireland and Scotland.
I was president and CEO of Gendron, Inc., Archbold, Ohio, from 1997-2004. Earlier, I was vice president of operations from 1983-1996 and board chair from 2004-2006.

Beginning in 1959, I served in development engineering and management positions with The Aro Corporation in Bryan. When I resigned in 1983, after almost twenty-five years, I was manager of engineering, Tool and Hoist Division.
A Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE), I earned a diploma in drafting and machine design from Chicago Technical College, a bachelor's degree in engineering from California Western University and a masters degree in management from Norwich University-Vermont College.

My memberships include the National Automobile and Truck Museum of the United States (NATMUS) in Auburn, Indiana; Williams County Writer's Group, Williams County Genealogy Society, Williams County Historical Society and the Northwest Territory Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR), where I have traced three direct line ancestors to the American Revolution; and serving as a director on the Northwest State Community College Foundation Board, Archbold, Ohio.
