71 year old professional. Born in central Minnesota town of Bertha, Todd County. Lived my first four years west of Wadena in Compton Township, Otter Tail County. My wife Anne and I have been married 48 years, have lived in our south Minneapolis home for 48 years, raised three children whom are married, they all have homes of their own and busy lives. I have four grandchildren. Retired in 2013 after 34 years at 3M. Currently work at a local hardware store managed by my youngest son. Also manage the office of my oldest sons landscaping business. Genealogy has become my passion and my wife and I spend a lot of summer days in cemeteries. I always review photo request for a cemetery I'm visiting and take photos if time permits. I'm fortunate to have one remaining 90+ year old family member still around (my mother who is 95) for historical family data. I'm also a board member Compton Swedish Lutheran Cemetery in Compton Township, Otter Tail County. Out of 172 interments at least 80 are my relatives.
