The areas in Norway are Rogaland (Karmøy), Hordaland, Sogn og Fjordane, Nordland, and Nord-Trøndelag. Sweden includes Värmland and Jämtland. Finland is Gamla and Karleby.

My Anderson ancestors are from Nord- Trøndelag, Norway and settled in Baldwin, Wisconsin in 1867.
My Blomqvist ancestors are from Nesna, Nordland, Norway and settled in Woodville, Wisconsin in 1900.
My Åadland/Jacobsen and Tjøsvoll ancestors settled in Chippewa County, Minnesota in the 1860's.
