I go to many historic cemeteries in Rhode Island and Connecticut. I learn so much from the gravestones. One of my favorite things is learning about the early days of Rhode Island and CT (sometimes, Massachusetts too). The history of my local areas is important to me. Many of the names I see on gravestones have towns/cities named of them and also streets and parks.
