Istarted doing family history back in 1987 just talking about family stories and such it was not until 1989 that it became a mission to find out exactly where my roots came from my mother had just had cancer surgery and the doctor told her she would not live through this cancer unless she found a way to relax and not try to take care of the world so we started to find the questions we had this was before Ancestry.com we went to court houses went through records , picked up phone book called family and strangers that turned out to be family next thing we knew mom was 5 years cancer free she had beat her cancer and found a new joy and like me she felt there was never an end there was just places not searched. Mom past away and at that time I took over soul research just me and my buddy Ozzy.
